Community Manager
- Designed and managed creation of a new community and customer
support web site, the Trellix Cafe.
Researched customer needs and competitive offerings, worked with
extended team to make decisions on overall strategy, technology,
vendors, functionality, content, and graphic design.
- Managed the day-to-day operations of the Cafe. Wrote columns,
managed contract writers and content vendors, created and implemented
programs designed to increase membership activity, crafted sponsorship
and advertising relationships, and encouraged and supported active
members. The site grew from 40K to 120K members in the one year
I managed it.
Product Marketing Manager
- Planned and created product marketing documents. Directed
graphic designers for print and web versions of marketing materials.
Worked with Sales and Product Management to determine document
needs.
- Combined data from usability testing, user surveys, partner
feedback, competitive research, press, and other sources to guide
product development towards marketing requirements.
- Developed messages and wrote content for trellix.com.
